I had to solve this one on my own. Turns out my computer was bogged down with Microsoft Updates not automatically installing correctly. Fire Emblem Path Of The Blue Flame Jpn Isotretinoin. Internet Explorer 11 wanted to install but would fail over and over again and therefore would not get past it to install further updated drivers for Magix. This caused Magix to not initiate. I basically stopped the auto updater and forced the computer to update all possible other security updates manually.
This eventually installed the proper drivers for Windows 7 plus Magix and even Internet Explorer 11. Everything works great now. I was unable to go back before the Windows security update that started this problem because it happened automatically way back in July and I hadn't noticed it trying and failing to update everyday the same Internet Explorer 11. Windows, whenever it updates an important security update it writes a back up point whether successful or not and erases the oldest restore point.
I basically only had one restore point left from the last update that had managed to update sucessfully the week previously. After properly installing Explorer 11 Magix still gave the same error message but I then ran the installation disk to repair which did not fix the problem before. This time it worked like a charm. Saved me the $35 Magix wanted.
