How To Program Ungo Sr6000 Remote

A website visitor asked if we could replace the remote transmitter for her Ungo alarm system. The only information she had available was the receiver’s serial number. Her is our response: “Unfortunately, a serial number does not provide information about which system you have, so it does not help us much. We would really need to know the model number of the system or information from an original remote. Even if we do have this information, though, there is only a small chance we can help you. Ungo went out of business many years ago and their aftermarket alarm systems are no longer supported. We have a few Ungo remote models in stock and we have masters for a few more that we can copy.” The two parts we have in stock are Ungo transmitter numbers 3020255 and SAA3650 – Remotes Unlimited parts 417-1417 and 421-1421 respectively.

Part 417-1417 is a 2-button remote that was used on Ungo aftermarket alarm systems 5200, 5400 and MC-500. It was also used on some Ungo MC-2000 II systems. See part 417-1417 at the following link: Part 421-1421 is a 4-button remote that was used on Ungo aftermarket alarm system MS-6500. See part 421-1421 at the following link: Unfortunately, the FCC ID number on an existing Ungo remote is not useful in determining the replacement transmitter required. Both of these remotes and many others have FCC ID HP92VUUNGO601/6, but not all keyfobs with this FCC ID are interchangeable.

How To Program Ungo Sr6000 Remote

RE: Buck Ungo SR6000 2 Way Security with Remote Start Combo System Purchased a used (2000) F350 with Ungo remote starter already installed in it. But prior owner let the batteries run out and now the doors won't open/close and it won't automatically start using the starter. So how to reprogram them to work again? I have already replaced the batteries.I can barely read the numbers on back but I think it's: ID#EZ8DE10771, RPN 4770 2 codes. Can you assist and/or advise where I can find the reprogramming information/sequence for the starter online? Use this procedure to reprogram the remote transmitters 1. Turn 'on' the ignition.

Press the Valet Switch 5 times and wait for horn confirmation of entry into programming mode. Press and release the 'Lock' transmitter button on each remote to be coded (one at a time).

The system will respond to each with an audible confirmation. Turn 'off' the ignition to exit program mode. The unit should retain the transmitter codes almost indefinitely and should not require reprogramming periodically. I suggest that you call Omega Research and Development, the makers of Excalibur, to see if your unit can be replaced. Their number is 800-554-4053 and their is www.caralarm.com Nov 10, 2010 .

Can't seem to locate a manual. Just get into the wiring under the dash and follow the larger wires from the alarm brain and cut each wire, one at a time, from the factory ignition harness them tape. Start with just the starter wire to see if that fixes the issue for now. If this problem just started, check to see if there is a tach wire that runs under the hood to a coil or injector.

If this wire is disconnected the remote start won't see the car is started and will continue to crank the starter. Nov 03, 2009 .
